To successfully deliver these savings to you we first require your consent, then we must collect, store and utilize personal and non-personal information about you. We understand the importance of this information to you. Collection of Your Information In order to deliver the level and type of service you expect from us, we collect both personal and non-personal information using the methods listed below. Our primary purpose in collecting such information is to verify "you" on our Site, collect information for the credit card transaction, and to create a data base for future contacts upon your approval. Information Collected Information Collected Via the Registration/Credit Card Process To take advantage of the offers available from SaveItNowUSA.com, you need to complete the credit card information page. All offers that provide "Free Stuff" on SaveItNowUSA.com require that you provide us financial information (such as your credit card number). This Client-requested information will only be provided to the specific sponsor of that offer, and only if you submit that offer. Traffic Data Collected When you use the Site, we do not collect on our server logs from your browser such as: (i) IP address; (ii) domain server; (iii) access times; (iv) referring Web site addresses; and (v) the Internet service provider ("ISP") used to access the Site. When you contact our Support Department, we may request and collect from you non-personally identifiable information such as (i) type and version of computer operating system (Mac or Windows); and (ii) type and version of web browser (Netscape, Microsoft Explorer, etc.) in order to perform troubleshooting (i.e. to help diagnose problems with our server) or administer our Site. Clients Except as provided herein, your information is shared with Clients only on an aggregate (non-personally identifiable) basis. For example, you may wish to receive more information directly from a Client via e-mail or postal service, and you can use reply forms at various points on SaveItNowUSA.com to communicate that information to a Client. Some offers or services will require us, by their terms, to forward your personal information (such as mailing address for delivery of orders) to a Client so that they can provide the service directly to you. Third Party Processors We may occasionally send information about our clients "you" to third-party processors ("Third Party Processors") to organize, administer, process, append and/or analyze our data on our behalf. This will help us provide more relevant offers to you and to eliminate the delivery of duplicate offers from a Merchant(s). We may also use Third Party Processors to deliver offline materials to you. We may also use Third Party Processors to notify you of savings when you are visiting other Web sites. We also believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving personal threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of SaveItNowUSA.coms' terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. Sale/Merger We reserve the right to transfer information about you if SaveItNowUSA.com is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, SaveItNow.com will notify you in accordance with the procedures contained in the Policy Updates and Site Maintenance section of this Policy before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. Digital Identifiers Cookies We use "cookies" for the purposes of facilitating our Automatic Log-in process for the Site, the CSMN, the LGN and for web beacons (as described below in the "Web Beacons" section). If you wish to opt-out of receiving e-mail notifiers, simply omit your email address on the information page. Security We are aware of Internet users' concerns about the privacy of their information. We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Member information is stored on servers protected by firewall, system-level and database-level security inaccessible to third parties. All data we collect is stored in a secure database server, which is protected behind a Cisco PIX firewall. Access to our database is limited to specified SaveItNowUSA.com employees and is carefully monitored. LEGAL DISCLAIMER We disclaim and you agree that we will not be liable to you for any damages caused by acts or events beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, fires, floods, acts of terrorism, wars, civil disturbances, sabotage, accidents, labor disputes, governmental actions, and failures or delays of transportation that result in our disclosure of your personally identifiable information.
